The moving coordinator is super kind and efficient. Trying to listen to the client. Definitely recommending everyone to use.

Overall, it has been a good experience. Had to intervene myself quite often at the beginning to make things moving on, but then each time I had questions, I received very clear information and timeline has always been respected. Client Service has been really helpful and De Haan showed goodwill on a damage good of mine to top-up the reimbursement from the insurance. Will definitely recommend or use again. 

De Haan knows how to approach correctly to estimate and organize the move. They are also well informed about all kinds of customs formalities.

This is the second time we have used De Haan for recolating and everything arrived at destination in good condition. De Haan provided accurate collection and delivery information, and complied with the price and terms provided in the initial quotation. Good communication and efficiency, something very valuable, especially during COVID times.

Prompt and correct communication. Some delay at final delivery. potentailly caused by strict regulations around Covid-19.

The calculation of the weight and volume detemining the final cost was not clear. And the duration of a sea freight was miscalculated.  Both costed me a lot more than expected. Lots of paperwork also. But I presume it was compulsory steps. Apart from  that, everything was ok. 

Moving crew was (again) super. Had some issues with the quote, were solved by De Haan.

All personnel was always very friendly and polite. My requirements were properly considered and I also received helpful recommendations. The moving crew was always on time both for pick up and delivery. All my packages and furniture were properly handled and nothing was damaged during the move.

Wij zijn verhuisd van Brussel naar Utrecht en moesten onze spullen een maand opslaan van eind september tot eind oktober 2017. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld: vriendelijke verhuizers, een organisatie die met je meedenkt, kortom een verademing vergeleken met de vorige verhuizing. Van ons krijgt De Haan een dikke pluim!

I have been using De Haan company to move my personal belongings and have been completely satisfied with their performance. They do an excellent job, they were very friendly, and offer the most professional service I've ever seen.

Alles verliep prima. Enkel de Angolese verhuizers waren traag en spraken enkel Portugees waardoor we moeilijk konden communiceren.

We zijn nu binnen 10 jaar tijd drie keer door de Haan Relocation verhuisd. Van BXL naar DK, van DK naar België en van België naar Nederland. Drie keer topwerk. De verhuizers weten van aanpakken en hebben ook tussendoor nog even een vriendelijk praatje. Het zijn stuk voor stuk fijne jongens die hard werken en vooral prima samenwerken. Onze volgende verhuizing zal er binnen een paar jaar ook weer aankomen en we zullen wederom voor de Haan kiezen. Prima bedrijf. Ook de moving coördinator is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Very pleased with De Haan, but the company in USA and Belgium that was sourced by De Haan was not at the level as I expected. 

Fantastisch werk geleverd. Ook alle medewerkers echt geweldig. 

The team was extremely friendly and accomodative, always ready to listen to my needs and my family's even in very difficult Corona-crisis situation.We appreciated the clarity of the information, the readiness and friendliness of the team and the willingness to find solutions to issues.Even with a small damage that was completely out of the control of the team, the management of the claim with the insurance was seamless and transparent. Ideally it would not have happened, but once happened, it was handled professionally and timely.
