I can only praise how everything went with my move. The transport also went surprisingly well, at first the departure seemed to be postponed, but within a few weeks I received confirmation that my container was leaving for Rotterdam by boat. De Haan's Move Manager updates were excellent and I was always told the most important status. Upon arrival in the port of Rotterdam, everything went smoothly and because I did not yet have a home to store the stuff in, I was very happy with your solution to store the container in your warehouse. Fair is fair, the price that was charged for this was very competitive and I am also grateful to you for that. In the meantime I was able to look for a home of my own and when I found it, a delivery was also possible in the short term. The items would be delivered between 8.00 am and 8.30 am, and since I was not at the address I had drive too. To my surprise you were already at the door when I arrived at 7.45 am, so again a nice feeling! Unloading was easy and the boxes were unloaded with feeling. They were even ready at 10.30 am, I would not have thought it possible that it would go so smoothly. Super service, really left with a nice feeling from start to finish. I won't be moving internationally anytime soon, but if I do I'm sure I'll come back to you or recommend you to friends if they want to move. Really great!

Excellent service and excellent communication.

This is our 2nd international move with De Haan, and we are extremely satisfied with the service, communication and price-quality ratio. The permanent staff is top notch. A point of attention could be the subcontractors in the country of destination or arrival.

Moved from Amsterdam to Doha. From beginning great service by moving crew De Haan. Great experience that relieves stress during such a big step.

Great service.

Despite the fact that our goods were transported by air, they have been stored for 10 days abroad before they flew to Schiphol. A lot of documents are asked by the shipper for the clearance of international relocations. Further a good job both at packing and unpacking.

Nette afhandeling, vriendelijke verhuizers, efficiënt, begeleiding vanuit kantoor is prima.

Professionele verhuizers die vakkundig en efficient de verhuizing regelen. We zijn zeer tevreden met de verleende diensten aan beide kanten van de oceaan.

De Haan heeft door een snelle en vriendelijke communicatie veel stress ontnomen. Tevens veel kundigheid m.b.t. auto invoer. Slechts een paar kleine schades ontdekt. Volgende keer weer met De Haan!
