We have moved internationally several times. The team at De Haan works very neatly and professionally, both during the preparation phase when providing the quote and during the execution. They use good and sturdy packaging materials. When packing, it would be helpful if there was more detail indicating what goes into the boxes.

Very professionally handled and extremely satisfied. A painting was accidentally left behind in storage in the Netherlands, but an appointment was immediately made to deliver it to us in Portugal. Furthermore, there is minor damage in another painting (corner broken off), but with the many relocations you cannot always prevent these kinds of things. Everything else arrived in perfect condition.

Almost everything was handed intact, the only pieces that were damaged were a couple of plates due to lack of bubble wraps on our end.
Both teams, the one who picked our things in Lisbon the one who delivered in Rotterdam were friendly and super easy to communicate with.

Zonder uitzondering vriendelijk en attent personeel. "Alles" is mogelijk. Laden en lossen verliep allemaal soepel. Afspraken worden 100% nagekomen. Ondanks de afstand (2500km) was het transport er op de afgesproken tijd (zelfs een uur te vroeg). Contact met ´kantoor´verliep prima, altijd snel reactie, bijna altijd binnen het zelfde dagdeel.

Would definitely recommend.\nOverall experience was good. Movers were very friendly and very fast and efficient packaging, spoke English very well and made us feel included in the moving process. The only problem was the communication ahead of time, only revealing a date one week before, which is anxiety inducing and we can’t book anything else like flights ahead of time. But they stuck to their promises in the end and we are very satisfied with the service and will probably request this service for the next move.

Great experience, the fact that someone came over for assessing the size of items to be moved was a game changer. there were no surprises in the final quote, and every single person that we worked with during the move was extremely kind, hardworking, responsive and helpful. This took away a lot of the stress that comes with moving houses, and I am glad we used the services of De Haan.

Excellent service. All my precious China and Crystal glasses collection was perfectly packed. Everything arrived safely and with no damages. I liked the video call in the beginning too, when the estimate about the boxes and capacity is made.
