Loading and unloading are carried out quickly and professionally and punctually as announced in good time by the coordinator. You know exactly where you stand. Tip from the movers: invest in good sturdy boxes if you want to pack yourself. The quality of the moving boxes from the hardware store is even poor for single use.

Sylvia was our star during the move. Moving countries internationally is always difficult, but moving during the coronavirus crisis was beyond challenging. Sylvia made sure everything was handled on time, that we submitted all the necessary documents and provided a reassuring presence when the uncertainty due to the coronavirus measures was at its greatest. All her De Haan colleagues were similarly professional and helpful. If we move again, we will choose De Haan.

Although the overall service was very good, I was really disappointed by the absolute lack of flexibility on the date of delivery which created a very significant constraint on my side. Given the amount paid, I was expecting that you would provide some flexibility and adapt to my schedule and availabilities. This was not clear at the time of the quotation.

Everything went according to plan, movers crews both in origin and destination were friendly and helped a lot. My belongings were delivered on time and in good shape, which I was very happy about. Thanks!

I had a great experience and support throughout the moving process. I really liked that I always got a reply to my questions within a day (even if the answer was that more time was needed). Also, even when things were a bit off (the moving crew at origin was several hours late) I always had support trying to contact the different parties to resolve the problems.

We have had some problems with the basic communication and action regarding the move at the Dutch side. With that being sad our cooperation with Henny Hendriks, has been very good. She takes responsibility and her response is quick.

Departure country (the Netherlands) experienced, professional and very friendly staff. Top team and service 100%. Land of arrival (Spain) Dutch driver skilled, friendly and experienced. Hired staff from other moving company had less experience and less communication as the Dutch team. Both teams worked hard and all items arrived at their destination without damage. Professional team that made my move smoothly. The communication is good and problems are solved quickly. The movers in NL pack the stuff professionally and properly, so that after 10 weeks at sea they come out of the boxes in the same condition and are neatly unpacked and assembled by the partner in NZ. Overall a positive experience.

We have had a great move. Communication with both Martina and Hanneke was great. Unpacking was a little different than expected. There was a lot that we still had to unpack ourselves and we did not expect this.

Overall service was good however a few things could have been improved: 1) Boxes mixed with shoes and clothes (not hygienic) 2) Packing list not done properly until the end 3) Wardrobe re-assembled in an incorrect way (sliding doors mounted upside down). 

During our posting to Kenya and before our return to the Netherlands, enormously well helped by the De Haan team, pleasant communication, sticking to appointments and being skilled in the move itself!
