We have relocated from East Coast USA to Amsterdam, The Netherlands during the second wave of the virus. De Haan was recommended to us by our relocation company. They have been super professional and very efficient, we are very lucky to have found them especially when moving during Corona (in early 2021). Everything from the paperwork to the actual removal of our goods (some goods were in storage and some were with us) has been seamless. We would 100% recommend De Haan to others and we are very thankful to have found such a great company to work with during an extra stressful international move with Corona restrictions. We loved working with De Haan and we would use them again in the future and recommend them to others as well.

De Haan helped me throughout the move, literally every step of the way.  Sometimes, I just needed assurance and was given it over and over again.  Then came Covid and they adapted their service to my needs.  This was incredible considering the sheer logistical nightmare of the Covid travel restrictions. Excellent service and follow up! The move was sudden and rushed but De Haan team really took the stress out of it. Well-informed from start to finish about the progress of the move. Professional and above all customer-friendly staff in both the Netherlands and Spain who do not mind taking an extra step - or not taken into account - The entire move caused me the necessary stress in advance, which later turned out to be completely unnecessary, so smooth and flexible the whole process has expired. De Haan provded a highly professional service, emptying our third floor flat in Amsterdam during the pouring rain without losing their sense of humoir, or dropping anything. They brought the household contents to the UK and unloaded everything... again in the pouring rain. Almost everything arrived in the condition it left the flat in. One minor causalty was a dented kitchen bin. If I had to move across boarders from the Netherlands, I would strongly reccomend De Haan.

There is a lot of uncertainty about how long it will actually take for the items to arrive at their destination, but the movers are good at what they do and very friendly. The country of arrival company was very unclear in their communication and kept calling us with the wrong name which started to get very annoying after we improved them 4x. Everything has arrived and is in good condition so we would definitely use De Haan again, just keep in mind that it may take longer than we expect.

Everything went smoothly, communication with the office coordinator was very easy and always available. The moving guys were very efficient and helpful. In general, a very professional, trustworthy company.
