I can only praise how everything went with my move. The transport also went surprisingly well, at first the departure seemed to be postponed, but within a few weeks I received confirmation that my container was leaving for Rotterdam by boat. De Haan's Move Manager updates were excellent and I was always told the most important status. Upon arrival in the port of Rotterdam, everything went smoothly and because I did not yet have a home to store the stuff in, I was very happy with your solution to store the container in your warehouse. Fair is fair, the price that was charged for this was very competitive and I am also grateful to you for that. In the meantime I was able to look for a home of my own and when I found it, a delivery was also possible in the short term. The items would be delivered between 8.00 am and 8.30 am, and since I was not at the address I had drive too. To my surprise you were already at the door when I arrived at 7.45 am, so again a nice feeling! Unloading was easy and the boxes were unloaded with feeling. They were even ready at 10.30 am, I would not have thought it possible that it would go so smoothly. Super service, really left with a nice feeling from start to finish. I won't be moving internationally anytime soon, but if I do I'm sure I'll come back to you or recommend you to friends if they want to move. Really great!

The driver mover had no problem manoeuvring the van in a narrow driveway, and he and the other mover were all smiles as they worked quickly and efficiently to unload our possessions.

I moved from the Netherlands to Washington DC with the help of De Haan Relocation. All contact with De Haan was excellent, they could reassure me with all my questions and the movers in the Netherlands themselves were very careful with my belongings and professional and all in all De Haan was very nice to work with. The team of movers on the day itself was very nice and packed everything in such a way that it wasn't much work for the movers in the US to put everything back together. The team in the US was a bit harder to reach at times, but luckily De Haan did the most contact. Everything actually went very smoothly.

Very good and smooth service in Suriname, the whole process went according to plan and without delay. The boxes and packaging material are of good quality. In the Netherlands, unloading and putting boxes in the right rooms also went very well. Extra checks at customs in the Netherlands entailed extra costs, which was also indicated by the office in advance.

I experienced my move with De Haan from Almere to Madrid as professional, efficient and flexible. The contents were packed quickly and neatly. A good solution was found for a delivery problem in Madrid, despite the driver's time pressure.

The guys were really awesome and helpful throughout the delivery, they were very patient when I had questions and wanted to double check things. I am very happy with the service. Also all the prompt and helpful communication. 

An international move is a major undertaking. De Haan helped us with this carefully and pleasantly. Dividing the relocation process into different phases seemed a bit cumbersome at first, but it was actually very nice afterwards. This gave us a good picture of the progress and often immediately received the correct information when we had questions. The fact that De Haan has all this in its own hands also ensures that you do not have the feeling that you are dependent on third parties. This guarantees the services to be provided. The delivery of our moving boxes was quite a labour-intensive job, but the movers took care of almost all the work.

De Haan was recomended to me by a friend, and I will definitely recommend them as well.  The whole team made this very stressful experience a lot easier, they were very fast and very careful with our items. We appreciated it very much.

Overall, it has been a good experience. De Haan has provided me with excellent assistance with the move from the UK to the Netherlands. The communication throughout the process is excellent, the staff are friendly and professional, and it is clear that they are very experienced and that gives a sense of confidence. Brexit has made moving from the UK to Europe more complicated, and de Haan was very helpful and all that took away a concern. They also gave all kinds of moving tips that turned out to be very useful during the move. When there was a minor incident during the delivery – which in the end was not de Haan's fault, but a production error during the delivery of the apartment – ​​it was handled very professionally. I moved from Amsterdam to Barcelona. Very very professional ad quick responses from the coordination team. The packing team in Amsterdam were fast and knew how to quickly and safely pack paintings, TV etc. I have already recommended the movers to other friends.

De Haan arranged our move from England to the Netherlands. De Haan has handled this in a professional manner. The inventory could be done completely digitally by means of video calling. There is one contact person in the office who handled all administrative matters, including customs clearance, and who responded quickly and appropriately. The movers at both locations were also very good, neat, friendly and all things were loaded and unloaded with care.
