Vanaf begin tot en met het einde betrokken bij de goede afleveringen van de verhuizing. 

I wasn't happy with the fact that many items got damaged during the move. We have not received the reimbursement or repairs to the damaged furniture. The problem with my clothes being packed with the trash gave me an awful experience. Another thing that the situation is still not resolved, and it took us already almost 6 months.

De Haan: in the meantime the damage has been resolved and paid.

I am very pleased with the service of De Haan both in the organisation prior to the move and  with the guys in the removal van. They totally understood our requirements and executed it efficiently. It is greatly appreciated.

My experience was very positive.  The coordinators were professional and responsive.  I was very impressed with the efficiency and care taken by the moving teams.

Very smooth process. Clear communication, fast replies all along with all the departments involved.  There have been some challenges with the documentation requested by customs, but we were able to find a solution and De Haan team was helpful to solve this problem and provide alternatives. The moving itself went very well, both departure and arrival crew were friendly and careful with the items. Toen we 34 jaar geleden emigreerden heeft De Haan onze spullen ingepakt en naar Nieuw Zeeland verzonden. Daar waren we toen heel tevreden over. Omdat ik nu wat erfde en andere spullen wilde versturen was De Haan een logische keuze. En ook deze keer ben ik zeer tevreden!
Vanaf het eerste kontakt voor een prijs opgave, het inpakken in Nederland tot aan het hier in N-Z thuis bezorgen was tot in de puntjes geregeld! Per email werd ik ten alle tijden volledig op de hoogte gehouden, in Nederland door De haan en hier in N-Z door Conroy verhuizers. Ik zal dan ook De Haan aan iedereen aanbevelen die ik ken als zij een international verhuizer nodig hebben!

Overall very happy with De Haan . Communication co-coordinator in India was initially not upto the speed and it seemed to improve at the end especially by the team who arrived to move. 

It was overally good, the instructions from the Agent were quite straight and I did not have any problems with arranging the documents. It only took some more time because of the customs clearance. Agent was very responsive against all my questions. Other than that, the staff at the moving destination was quite helpful and capable of answering all questions about re-assembling, changing the spot of some households. I would definitely recommend this service to my relatives if needed.

“Onze huisraad moest binnen een relatief korte tijd naar het westen van Canada verhuisd worden. Hiervoor hebben we uiteindelijk gekozen voor De Haan. Niet omdat ze de goedkoopste waren, maar omdat de vertegenwoordiger een heel goed gevoel bij ons achtergelaten had. Na het ontvangen en tekenen van de offerte waren de verhuizers al snel de spullen aan het inpakken. Het inpakken ging allemaal heel snel en erg netjes en de container was al snel op weg. Na een aantal weken is de huisraad verder zonder problemen in Canada aangekomen. Tijdens het hele proces zijn we goed bijgestaan door de Nederlandse coordinator. Elke vraag die we hadden werd door hem snel en goed beantwoord.”

De communicatie en dienstverlening van De Haan was buitengewoon goed. De gehele verscheping  van de boedel was heel goed geregeld, de toegeleverde boedel was uitstekend verpakt en alles in goede staat ontvangen in Korea. Ik heb alleen maar complimenten, geen klachten. Ik kan jullie zeker aanbevelen bij toekomstige klanten.

The relocation was done in a professional way. Especially the service and skills of the movers at origin and the overall communication through email was very good. We experienced no damage and even after one year waiting, our items (in boxes) were still in a good (dry) condition.
