Who are we?

Our family business, established in 1777, assists a diverse range of clients worldwide. We're proud of our dedicated team, which handles relocations for (international) companies, expats, and private clients with great care and precision.

What will you do?

As a Move Manager, you will be responsible for the entire relocation process, from the initial request to completion. Throughout this process, you will maintain contact with the client and our partners both domestically and internationally, acting as their primary point of contact. You will also work closely with colleagues in planning, account managers, and the field service team.

You thrive on coordinating projects, particularly (inter)national relocations. You will manage the financial aspects of the processes, inform and advise clients on delivery methods, and stay in touch with the moving crew on the day of the move. You enjoy helping people during stressful times in their lives, acting as the central figure who keeps everything running smoothly.

Who are we looking for?

You are an energetic go-getter who:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level. Experience in the relocation industry is a big plus.
  • Possesses strong social and communication skills in both Dutch and English. Additional language skills are a bonus!
  • Is assertive, client-oriented, and solution-focused. You enjoy building relationships and persuading clients, and you're not afraid to deliver less pleasant news, such as higher-than-expected costs or unachievable moving dates.
  • Excels at planning and organizing, with a keen eye for detail and a structured work approach.
  • Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team and remains composed under stress.
  • Can discuss problems with clients and colleagues positively and solution-oriented, with a “there’s more than one way to solve a problem” attitude.
