As a Move Manager, you will be responsible for the entire relocation process, from the initial request to completion. Throughout this process, you will maintain contact with the client and our partners both domestically and internationally, acting as their primary point of contact. You will also work closely with colleagues in planning, account managers, and the field service team.
You thrive on coordinating projects, particularly (inter)national relocations. You will manage the financial aspects of the processes, inform and advise clients on delivery methods, and stay in touch with the moving crew on the day of the move. You enjoy helping people during stressful times in their lives, acting as the central figure who keeps everything running smoothly.
